Order Cut-Off Time:
10:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (Toronto). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Order Processing Time:
0–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Estimated Delivery Time (Canada & United States):
2–3 business days after dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Time (International):
7–14 business days after dispatch.
Total Estimated Delivery Time:
2–5 business days for Canada and U.S. orders.
Up to 16 business days for international deliveries.
Shipping Destinations:
Canada, the United States, and selected international regions including parts of Europe.
Shipping Costs:
We offer free shipping within Canada and the United States.
International shipping fees are calculated during checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, busy periods, or customs processing.
Order Processing and Dispatch
After your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment. Each item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving our facility to ensure it arrives in good condition.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be transferred to one of our trusted delivery partners for transportation to your destination.

International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations, including several countries in Europe. International deliveries generally arrive within 7–14 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices and must be paid by the customer if applicable.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has already been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
To avoid delays or delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate when placing your order. Sophie’s Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no additional cost. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and cancellation will no longer be possible.
If the order has already been delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. We may request photos of the product and the packaging to review the situation.
After evaluation, we will provide an appropriate solution such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.
