Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sophie’s Boutique. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please read the policy below for details on how returns and refunds are handled.

Key Information

Returns: Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer product exchanges.

Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were delivered.

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, Sophie’s Boutique will provide a prepaid return label.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must not have been used or worn.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase from Sophie’s Boutique must be provided.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization or without the correct return address may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping unless the product received is defective or incorrect. If the issue is due to an error on our part, Sophie’s Boutique will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled. If you still wish to cancel after the 24-hour window, you will need to wait until the order is delivered and then submit a return request.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or vouchers

  • Discounted or sale items (these may only be eligible for store credit)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund according to our return policy.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (excluding sale items if applicable).

Please note that while refunds are processed within 2 business days, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
